PQ:
I know you were thinking of putting some sort of "SUPERCHARGED" badges on your car. I was thinking the same thing, but I figured, "why should I let the guy in the next lane know?" Anyway, today I saw this: http://www.phastekperformance.com/20...ls-cm357sc.htm I figured it's more subtle and might look cool. |

Ok you caught me, but that is why I am in the back row. LOL But I do only have 376 cu in on my hood. and it is a sleeper until I open the cut outs then it awakes from Mr. Hide to Dr Jkel, wait that is my truck. Now I am just confused. LOL

Just got back from a clients house. He wanted to sit in the passenger seat and he reved the shit out of the car a few times and now the P0300 code is back on the car.
<Engine Misfire> Ugh........ So most proabably fine tuning, or something else? Just bouncing off the rev limiter like has been suggested as a possibility when I break the wheels loose? |

How did he rev the shit out of the car from the passenger seat? Sounds like you guys were playing Camaro Twister.

The car was started and they wanted to look under the hood. He asked to get in. (drivers seat) And he just began hammering on it. Ugh. |

Revving the crap out of an engine with no load is not really the best for internal components...The accelerations are phenomenal and the rate of change may not be handled by the ECM on a FI setup - afterall it is a closed loop feedback system. Same reason why Top Fuel and Funny Car put a barrel limiter on during their burnouts. |

Makes sense. I couldn't get around the car fast enough. These two guys wer 'Old School' and made fun of the fact that I freaked out. They said the old motors are better. |

Heck, the motor in the red and black Blazer I drove up to C5Fest last year has a Blown 355 cu in Gen 1 small block with an 800 Holley DP, and yeah it won't throw any computer codes (since it doesn't have a computer) but it gets no where near the fuel economy modern engines do for the power it is putting out... |
