The 1999 the Mustang was redesigned from top to bottom

Nope, it's very similar to a GT500, but not quite. That one's 'sposed to be the 2009 model, the silver one is the 2012. I like em both, but REALLY like the silver one.

BTW, what do I need to do to show the picture. rather than the link?

I think they are trying to copy the camaro and the mustangs just are not doing it they are so ugly if you buy one you would be stupid. And I am strickly just a chevy Camaro fan, and nothing else. I have never liked any rustangs and never will that is just me. I mean you can't like a mustang and a camaro that is just wrong. Buit my pick is on the Camaro and no matter how hard ford tries Camaro will always shut down the Rustang!!!

May be it's an English thing, but you certainly CAN love both Mustangs and Camaro's. I know, 'cos I do

To be honest, if I could afford a Camaro, a Mustang, a Challenger and a GTO, I'd have the lot in my garage. I take each car on it's own merits. and each of these cars has loads to offer.

But I know where you're coming from. I used to be a Ford boy and have owned many Capris. The main alternative at the time was the Vauxhall/Opel Manta. As a Ford boy, I wouldn't dream of owning a Manta. But I can look back now and realise they were both great cars (of their time).

I believe you should always another mans ride, no matter what it is

thats kinda gay that they are making there next mustang look like the gt500 which is already out. so basically you have nothing to look forward to if your a ford lover becasue the new mustang to come out in 09 is already here in gt500 badges. thats the worst marketing idea ever(way to go FORD). i dont like the looks of either of them. im sorry but im gm all the way through. never liked fords and wont ever buy one. weird thing is my best friend is a ford guy.

That, I don't think, could be what Ford will come out w/ in 2012. I mean, c'mon...GM keeps their mouth shut so well w/ the concept. Then Ford comes along and says "Here's out 2012 concept". wow, way to go Ford. Way to give all the Ford fans something to look forward to...6 years later. That's just brilliant. Poor marketing if that's truly the new Mustang.

well if that is the same as the red one it looks exactly like a gt500 which is very lazy on there designers end. get off your ass and design something that involves more than just changing the grill. ford sucks
