In 1985 I was in 5th grade and my wish other than a Delorean was an Iroc Z.

Not at all.... I asked for opinions, this is what I want HONEST OPINIONS, I was discussing this with a buddie of mine

he brought up some good points how are cars are modeled after the 1st gens, ect...

they RS package, and a few other things

That is the number 1 reason we bought our 5th Gen.
We had a 1st Gen when we got married in 1974.

This new 5th Gen blows that early car away in every single way you could ever test them.
When they first unveiled the Camaro Concept, we both new we would have to have one.

But we sure wish we had that '69 SS back.

I don't like the idea, but I also don't think sticking IROC stickers on a fifth gen is cloning. You can't clone something that never existed.

PS I am of the ultra minority that love the third gens. I had three of them. Loved them all.

I don't want to ruffle feathers but the mere mention of 'IROC' brings back memories of the Happy Hunting Grounds, where many IROCs fell victim to 20 year old cars

But I said no to putting it on the OP's car in the poll. Not that it's a bad thing. But the IROC Z was what it was, and I'd like to buy about a 89-90 one day to stick in my garage, but those cars weren't really on par with the 5th gens. But they were awesome for the day.

1320 video put this up on their Facebook page no idea where they got it thought it looked kind of cool like it could be the road course version of copo no interior nothing.

Was it that late, I thought it was like 6 year earlier. I don't know. But I wish there was a way to bring it back, IROC Camaro racing would be just cool to go watch again.

OP, it's whatever floats your boat. I'm pretty impressed by that photoshop 2014 Z28 IROC-Z even though it partially done poorly so imagine how nice it would look if it was real. If you want to stand out from about 200,000-300,000 other 5th gen Camaro's I'd do it and use that Z28 photoshop as the basic blueprint appearance wise.
