Any Ontario ppl thinking headlight armor?

Im thinking about ordering a set of lens film from HeadlightArmor.com (an advertiser on this site). They charge a flat rate of about $30US to ship to Canada. I'm wondering if anyone else is going to order some stuff from them so we could do a group order, shipped together to save on the shipping cost? Im located north of the GTA.

Let me know if anyone is interested!

You can probably go to a local tint shop, and have them do the same thing for you, and save some money.
Look into it, and let us know what they say.

Crystal's Autoglass in Barrie will do it (they are on Dunlop street). I was quoted at around $110 for the headlights, front indicators, and fogs. That is the installed price. I spoke with the installer and he said its better to go the non-precut route so that the whole lens will get coverage. I might get them to tint the car at the same time. The product they use is called Lamin-x.

cool, better to buy local. And if there are any problems during the install, you are covered.

I had my headlights & foglights done.

When I had 3M Clear Bra put on my car.

I think it was worth it.

You don't want to know what a projector headlight unit costs

Hey Glen, I had mine done by 3M Trim Line in Mississauga. They were done at the same time as the clear bra which I removed when I had my stripes painted on so I don`t have any idea what the cost was to have it done.

Thanks Mat, Do you know if they were pre-cut or cut when installed? Also, do they offer a tinted film for the lights?

They cut and installed them, head lights and fog lights. Not sure about tint for the headlights however they do window tinting so I would guess yes. Give John Legere a call at (905) 677-8746 he'll be able to answer all your questions.

PM sent.

& I 2nd the quality work at: http://www.trimlineinc.ca
That was where I was going originally bring my car.
(After hearing about how good they did the work on other Pontiac G8's earlier on.)

But my Caddy dealer said they had a guy that could do it for less.
Ok quality that was done by hand, but not show room perfection quality...but I was ok with that going into it.
After speaking directly with the installer guy.
