Today was the day

Finally took her out for a drive today. The weather was just perfect, the rain over the weekend washed all the salt off the streets. Almost forgot how much fun the car is.......almost!

That's great!

Glad to see that you brought her back out. Any compliments from the drive?

Couple of thumbs up. Went to my friends car dealership/garage and showed them what i did over the winter. One sport bike revved his engine as I went past, I'll take that as a compliment!

Me too!

No salt anywhere on Cape Ann. It was close. There was water flowing across the road in a spot that sometimes gets treated at night well into April, but the temperature stayed just above 32 all night. I actually scouted the roads in my winter beater first, then, after checking tire pressures, went on a joy ride in the Camaro.

Sweet!

Today was the day. Boss filled the tank and took a ride to newton to bid a job. Just finished cleaning the car again. Had to hit a couple puddles. Getting closer for sure. My god I love this car!!!

Great first run with Al. Nice day, felt great to be back behind the wheel. Chased down a Shelby, tried to give him a thumbs up, not even an acknowledgment, what an arse. Then I a little later get an alert on my DIC right rear tire @ 22psi. luckily near my house. 15 psi by the time I get home, picked something up along the way .
