When Did You Do your first oil change

I recommend doing your own oil changes they are easy and if you
do them yourself you know they will be done right.
Also it comes down to do you trust other people with your car?
I would start using Mobil 1 5W30 full synthetic motor oil and
a Mobil 1 or AC Delco oil filter everytime.All you have to do is just make sure you save your receipts from your oil changes and all the general maintenance
you do on your Camaro as proof you did your maintenance on your car.
You could start a maintenance log too if you like.
I would change my oil long before your oil change indicator light comes on.

At about 3000 miles and 2.5 months after purchase. According to the car's computer, and the manual, mine wasn't near due yet. The dealer offered a discount on accessories and I got them installed so I asked to have the oil changed then too. They used synthetic too. I used to do all that stuff myself but I just haven't had the time lately and I trusted it to the dealer. They've treated me Ok so far.

@500 miles than on the dyno. She was broke in. Now every 3k with full synthetic

Did mine at 500 miles. Filled with Mobil 1 5W30. Plan on doing 6 month oil and filter changes. I know I know, it's my money and my motor and yes I do over maintain. So be it.
