Charlotte Camaro community??

There is a 5th gen Camaro club of Charlotte that I have rolled with a few times. They are more of the party type of group, but I always have fun. As far as a track oriented or full on enthusiast club, I have been to a few events with the Modern Muscle Car Club of the Carolinas. They have a meetup group and do track events along with regular meets. They are mostly an older crowd and very reserved in comparison to the Charlotte Camaro club. I started to join the 5th gen Camaro club of the Carolinas, but they wanted me to send a check just to get any access or insight to their club. To me, that is just bad business. If you want people to join your club, let them into a public area of the forum and have some FAQ listed at the very least. When I asked if I could simply PayPal instead of send a personal check, I received an email back saying I couldn't. Just seemed a little stingy to me.

I'll be taking delivery of an AGM 1LE in a few months and I'd be down to cruise up to Charlotte one weekend for sure. Hopefully ya'll can get something planned out.

Just ask around and I think you will see that we are the premier 5th Gen Camaro club in the South east. We do it all.over night trips, car shows, cruise-ins, drag strip events. We also host the largest All Camaro event in the Eastern US in the annual NC Camaro Gathering, held each year in April in Concord, NC You name it we do it. With nearly 200 members we are bound to be doing something right.........

I don't have a camaro I have a CTS but I would be up for a meet. I am trying to go to cars and coffee this weekend but its my first weekend off in a few weeks so im not sure. I live in Shelby for a few more months
