CGM Blue Flake??

I am looking to find out what color blue flake is in the Cyber Metallic Paint. Any one know what color it is or where I can find out? I am looking to do some custom paint stripes...

I asked the same question a while ago and no one really knew. Tag on here matched his bow ties with Wave Blue Metallic, and it looked nice. Also was told Imperial Blue Metallic.
Here was my thread: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=94791

If I remember correctly, it was confirmed a long time ago that it was Jetstream Blue from the Corvette.

You should be able to go to any automotive paint dealer (DuPont, Ditzler, PPG, etc.) and have them look up the formula and they can tell you what kind of metalflake is in the paint.

I didn't know this but I don't paint either so.. I was just trying to have the answers for the painter but he should be able to handle that. If he can't...might not need to bring it to him anyway.

Anyway I will post on here when I find out for sure, thanx!

Love this color!! I'm looking for something really faint to put on almost the appearance of a ghost stripe. Just a light coat of what seems to be this color, hmmmm?

Do you have a picture showing the blue on your car to post?

True. Take your paint code and go to Car Quest. Google or MSN search should show if you have one close. Car Quest mixes paint on the spot and like 40 said, they can let you know what the breakdown is. i.e. paint, flake, ratio, etc. You can save some money too buying the paint yourself. Worth a try, eh?

Yeah you right, I just want to know the blue flake color to match up with the ghost striping I plan to put.
