KW Variant 3 Install - PHASTEK Performance
We had a chance to install a set of KW Variant 3 adjustable coil overs for the 2010 Camaro last week, what a sweet setup! Here is a quick note from KW on the setup, along with some pictures of the product & install, as well as some inserts from KW. Let us know what you think!

I want to know about the ride!!
Nice install, I am thinking of using these on my car so I am interested to know what you think of the ride. What was your reason for using the V3 instead of the V1? I know they are adjustable, I just mean, is this a shop car or did the customer really want all the adjustability they offer? |

IMO, the car could have been a tad bit lower.... The ride quality is very nice! Nice and firm, and not too bumpy, even on these Houston streets! The only difference in the Variant-1s and the Variant-3s is the extra adjustment on the V3s - rebound and compression. The customer wanted the ability to tune the suspension for track days, so we went with the V3s on this build. For comparison, the V3's blow away the ride quality of the Pedders adjustable setup. We didn't get a chance to take the car to the track, but I'm sure the KW's handle way better in the corners, too. |

I know this is a severe thread revival...
How the hell do you adjust the bump once they are installed? Mine don't have a knob, just the Allen adjuster mission impossible! I'm really trying not to drop the LCA. Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk |
