That's not a Z/28. They've always been somewhat affordable. I'm a hardcore Camaro girl, but for that price-- I'll take a well-equipped new Stingray. And so will most other people. They won't sell hardly any of these cars... and I'm afraid this folly will kill the Z/28.

Oh, well. It's still a badass car.
Hey you!!

Whatever price this sells for, it's a BENCHMARK...for the Gen-6 version. Built earlier in the lifecycle, the next one will be even more capable...at a more attractive price, potentially, because the development costs will be spread over more units and over a greater timespan...

So I'm stoked to see/hear/feel/drive/experience THIS one...the last of the BIG displacement muscle cars! Kudos to Chev!

Did you ever consider people might NOT want a vette? There are many of us. Every one of these will sell instantly.

When the ring time is released and your jaw hits the floor…REMEMBER the following unverified quote from a gm engineer at the first known ring test "This is the meanest thing we've ever built!"

…again it is not a vette!

I agree, they will sell all they build.

I bet its ring time will be impressive I still have hard time believing it will post better times than a Z07 or ZR1

On a short track it already months ago beat the ZL1 by 3 seconds. Since then it's been constantly developed.
