Havoc Spoiler gap

I love the styling of the Havoc rear spoiler. But the huge gap is holding me back from buying. Looks like I just pulled it from someone's car and slap it on mine and its doesnt fit right.

Anyone able to install the spoiler without the huge gap???

+1. I'm curious to hear the answer to this as well.

What gap? Come summer this is the spoiler I'm probably going to get, and I haven't seen any pics of gap issues. Unless you are talking about the space they give it to not hit the rear quarterpanels, or have I missed pics of there being gaps elsewhere in it?

I'm concerned about the weight difference between the stock spoiler and this one, and how well the trunk will open (seeing as thats the rumor as to what took GM so long to release their dovetail).

You are talking about the gap on the back of the trunklid where the two things drop down to line up between the taillights, right?

I've seen this spoiler installed in person and that gap seems to exist on pretty much everyone I've seen.

If I remember correctly, this installer (from SEMA 2009) used black screws to try and pull those tabs in but even that didn't work.
