Had 15 misfires on cylinder 6 this morning, and only 6. Not bad enough to go into limp mode.

Torque app. Also heard the misfire, sounds like a rumble strip. Its happening at over 6k rpm's.

I'm guessing this was due to what you posted in the other thread about the filling in your ported intake coming out AGAIN???

Man...I'm beginning to worry that you've had small bits of that stuff run through your engine and maybe that could be causing some of your headaches. Is that possible?

I had too much break at once, the manifold and the cats. Plugs are probably worn from overheating, which would explain being fine the first day but getting worse except during certain conditions.

IPF guys are doing their best to help, should be good soon.
To my knowledge, if it's anything like the ls3, it should be fine to run a wide band in the rear. The fueling is adjusted off of the front o2 sensor. If they haven't already disabled the rear o2 codes, The cel will be thrown because it will think the cats are inefficient, but it shouldn't effect how it runs. Not sure if the LLT is like the ls3, but in the ls3 bank 1 (drivers side) runs the Leanest, so you would want the wide band on that side.

Are you taking logs or anything to send to the tuner? Ported manifold problems aside, you really should invest in a wide band.

IPF doesn't do datalogging. I want to get a wideband, but I don't trust the exhaust shops around here.

Why? Welding a bung for the wideband is super easy

I sucked at welding in high school, and the shops around here charge way too much. I was quoted $520 to replace the 2.73's on the Mustang with 3.73's for labor only. I know jegs sells some kind of adaptor that you drill into the pipe and install a gasket to hold the sensor in place, don't know how much it would leak though.

Still having popping with 0.030" gap and my torque app said I had misfires on 1,2,6. Going to 0.025" gap tonight.

Ordered a autometer cobalt wideband kit last night also.
