Please Help Me
Hello all,
I have spent the last 3 hours looking for a post I found here a few months ago.... What I am looking for is a post, that I thought was stickied, but cannot find it now - that was a very detailed post with pictures that were color-coded about every suspension part and why it was important to improved performance. Does anyone remember this? In addition to the post that lists every suspension part - I am also looking for a definitive answer on what parts require an alignment. I may have to purchase the parts in multiple orders, but only want to do one alignment!! Much thanks, in advance, for any help, Sammy

Try this.
http://www.superchevy.com/features/s...ro-suspension/ "I am also looking for a definitive answer on what parts require an alignment" - If you change the Front or Rear Tie Rod/Toe Rod or the Rear LCA you should align the car. Factory tolerances are sloppy anyway, so a good Alignment is always money well spent. Most of the suspension fasteners are TTY, and SHOULD be replaced during a build, or at least not re-torqued multiple times. I went with all BMR stuff, and double adjustable coil-overs. The ride and handling is amazing. Do your research. See my Member Journal build thread for details. |

PostNup, I believe this is what you are looking for.

5th Gen Overview http://www.jpssonline.com/the-book-f...-2010-camaro-1 Detailed Information http://www.jpssonline.com/the-book-f...-2010-camaro-2 There is a lot of bad information floating around regarding the 5th Gen. I am not popular with the other vendors as I post what I believe to be accurate information that directly contradicts what they are trying to sell you PostNup, Before you buy or do anything, please tell me in detail what your build plans are, how you drive your 5th Gen and what specifically you would like it to do better. |
