I am going to make a res. at RIPS for 15 on Saturday, Dec. 18th and hopefully we can use all of the seats! I'll make the res. for 2:00 PM. If there any issues from their end I'll post.

Meet time to start around 1:00 PM.

My first attempt at a logo...very rough since I am not very good with some of the pix programs....

Anyone's thoughts? Anyone out there have any other ideas? Please submit on the thread to see what we get! At least it's not a BLUE oval!

Walking a lot better, so will def be there. The logos are looking like they are coming along and I will probably be bringing someone with me too.

Personally I like the gold emblem with Southern Maryland Camaro Club. The reason that I picked the name was to separate us from the main club as well as let people know where we are from.

Capital Camaro tends to say that members are from the Capital area such as DC and VA.

How about we take a vote on Saturday and go with the majority?

Naming it the Southern Maryland Camaro Club would in theory exclude anyone outside of Charles, Calvert, and St. Marys. If you want decent turn out and participation that is a mistake. Looking at your last meet, there are plenty of people there not from the tri-county area, who might be turned off buy the club having the appearance of Southern Maryland only. Heck, RIPs in Bowie is not even technically in Southern Maryland.

I am not trying to make suggestions that would help the club be successful..I have been doing this for quite a while.
