I ordered my 1LE on 4-24 and its still at 1100 , Is this normal.

No, Your being qued for 2015 year model because you missed the 14 cutoff. GM wont start excepting orders of 15's until May 15th so you'll be at 1100 until then. That's what my dealer told me. (they don't know much) I'm ordering the 16th!

If you're at 1100 now, it won't get picked up. 2014 ordering is done. Your dealer will have to put the order in as a 2015, it won't automatically carry over to a 2015 order.

I order on 4-24 Chevy Customer service still says it will be a 2014 though they can't tell me when they will start the build.

They're wrong. If it wasn't picked up and moved to 3000 status as of Wednesday, it's not going to get built as a 2014. If your dealer didn't have a Camaro allocation for Tuesday, then it won't get built. The order would have to be at 3000 status right now to be built as a 2014. Anything less and it's not getting built.
