Alright Y'all. I'm proud to present, by popular demand (ok, from three C5 owners), our salute or hand signal to other C5's.

First, you do a "Horizontal" Five with your left hand, representing the Fifth Generation. Then, you turn it into a thumbs up. Simple as that. You can do it a couple of times back and forth between five and thumbs up and it will look aight.

If you see someone doing this, you know they're C5 baby!

(And, if you can and want, go ahead and nod, take your a$$ out the window, flash your lights, and everything else you want...at your own risk.)

since my windshield is tinted I usually flash lights unless the windows are down then ill throw a wave

Just wave... If you flash your lights at me, I'm going to slow down, thinking there's a cop somewhere nearby. I don't consider light flashing a greeting, just a warning!

even from a 5th gen? a light flash from a caravan = police ahead or turn your lights on
light flash from a 5th gen = salute
