Finally got my Summit White 2013 2LT RS!!!!
Just got this certified preowned beauty last Friday night! Only 15k miles and every feature I was aiming for. Im planning to add purple pinstripes sometime in October to try to differentiate myself in some way from the hundreds of Camaros already cruising around the Houston, TX area. If anyone has any crucial tips for a beginner or any advice on how to take care of white paint PLEASE share!

have it buffed for any scratches asap at a reputable body shop, then wax it every week at least, gentle washes in between, then finally never drive it.
jk, any who. the purple will look sweet add the update pic to this thread, i subscribed just for that. i wish i wouldve got another white or silver one instead of black. i friggin hate black now. |

Very nice mine looks very much the same..... Its a classy look! White needs very little care and is very forgiving unlike say black.... I have a black truck and it is so hard to keep looking nice. the Camaro piece of cake!

Thanks everyone! And I will definitely post pics of the purple stripes to this thread. I'm hoping it retains the classy look with them instead of looking gaudy or like a clown car.
P.S. beware all other white Camaro owners. As the time passes I may bombard you with questions (if I can't find a definite answer in an old thread of course). |

Congrats. You got the best with summit white and it's the easiest to care of. After 5 years and 35,000 miles mine looks near new with no
scratches, chips, swirls, etc. Once a week I clean and wax one panel using "Mequires Cleaner/Wax". One liquid product from Wal/Mart. Give it a try. Purple stripes, be careful out there.

There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, dad's, wives', husband's, girlfriend's and boyfriend's here don't care....and take it easy.  oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here. Welcome!!
