Ha, I remember him saying that. Don't know if we were both standing there or separate, but it is so true. (At least the part about stuff will break.)

In the meantime, enjoy Brandi. Each day is a new adventure.

I think that was the last morning of the Fest, right before that awesome photo was taken of the six of us.... I want to print that image out and have all the people in it sign it...

Just got back from the shop, eating lunch and getting ready to start on my homework... I'm getting some cardboard or poster board and fabricating a tank to go under the hood for race fuel... It'll be around a gallon or a little more. this will carry 116 octane race fuel to mix with the Nitrous. We have decided on a 150 shot. with then fuel, added boost and nitrous, we ought to add about 400 hp... Putting me right around 1200 for my mile runs and occasional trips to the track...

The only thing less fortunate about you is that you live in Oklahoma... And that's a fixable handicap... We would love to have you down here in Texas... Realize if you leave there though, that the IQ average in both states goes down by three points... We'ld still happily take you though.... When you leave Houston, come over through Austin and I'll take you to dinner...

They don't let me get near Austin anymore... something about ordering a restraining device or some legal mumbojumbo

Headed to Cleveland for thursday, if I ever get down there while you're off I'll take you up on that

Well, communicating with John at TrackSpec Motorsports. I'll have my cage under construction by tomorrow... I'm buying the six point with the add on pieces for making it an 8 point cage for that eventuality.

When it arrives and after I install it, I'll drive over to Simpson Safety Products in New Braunfels and get custom fitted for a harness. Since they have all the pieces there, it's a matter of getting measured and then they put the pieces together and walaahhh, I drive off with it ten minutes after they finish measuring me. I'm getting it in platinum to match my seat leather...

It'll be a six point harness with the rotary cam lock and dual anti-submarine straps. I'll then have to take the seat cover off the drivers seat and have it altered to allow for the pass through of the lower harness pieces...

I'll probably purchase a second harness for occasional passengers in mile runs... I know one person that wants to ride with me if I make 200 once... With the tricks Corey is talking about, that shouldn't be an issue...

Have you talked to the suspension guys about alignment specs? Don't want no squirrely car at those speeds! Matter of fact, I think Pete Basica is your neighbor now

Has anyone hit 200+ in a 5th gen yet?

Cage is paid for and headed to coating. The six point bar is ready, they will have to build up the 8 point cage extension, but that won't take long. it all get coated, covered and shipped....
I'll install the bar for a while until I get to running fast enough to need the cage...

I bought the 11th one in the group buy, so if one more person jumps in, we all get the 15 percent discount...

If you think you might want one. Now is a good time to jump in...
