Fuel tank one way vent valve is completely different, but no one seems to be able to tell me how that's so. The pictures in the instructions are for an LLT, and I was clueless how they related to my install.
The MAF extension is just a 24" bundle of eight wires. You cut the plug off and add the plain wire to make the harness longer. That's simple. The intercooler brackets are more than likely available. If they're not, they could easily be made. John B.

From all appearances, the kit for sale here if for an LFX. Not sure what-all you would have to change up to make it work right on an LLT, but for sure, the MAF doesn't play into it. The only requirement is that the existing wires be lengthened.
You can fab intercooler brackets easily with a simple vise and strap perforated steel. It isn't under any real force, so you'd just need to get it to where it's not going to fly off at random, pretty much. You do need some sort-of-special tools. All of them are metric, of course. You will need Allen wrenches and Torx sockets. I used a heat gun more than once. A Dremel tool is always handy, with an assortment of bits. I used mine to smooth out some bracket holes and to cut the plastic for the intercooler hoses. An assortment of extensions for 3/8" drive sockets is a must. You won't even be able to remove the front fascia without them and a universal (u-joint) adapter. You might want to plan on having: A couple of days, unless you're a crew that has done this sort of thing before; Organizational skills, as there are a lot of parts that come off and have to go back on; Floor jack and jack stands, unless you are only 3 feet tall, otherwise your back is going to hurt...bad; The ability to think on your feet, as there are going to be things that come up, no matter what. I'd ask: Are the instructions included? How does the buyer know "everything" is included? If you're not the one who put it on, how do you know how much has to come off, and will the buyer get all the parts? I knew what I was getting into, and I thought I was prepared, however, I still found myself digging for that one "different" socket, that one special Dremel bit, that one "different" o-ring, etc. Not trying to knock this, by any means. And I'll offer my help-from-a-distance to anyone who buys this. Someone should pick this up and get a great deal. It rocks. And, the new buyer will have access to the newest tuning software when they get their tune through IPF, as they just released new software on 2-6-13. Anyway, the kit is solid. And it just freaking rocks. Did I mention the rockin' part? John B.

You guys make me feel so young. I am still a Sophomore in College.
Nita, I respect your decision to sell the Supercharger but in my opinion it does you more good than harm. I may not have many years under my belt but I did get the very first IPF Supercharger and so I have had the most time to understand the kit to its fullest potential. I am from California so I do my trips from AZ (where i go to college) back to Cali when ever I can. When I am traveling on the freeway at 70-75 mph I get 33 mpg and at 75-80 I get 30 mpg and anywhere from 80-85 I get slightly lower...Unfortunately 91 is very pricey compared to Arizona yet again? How many cars do you know get this great mileage especially in a muscle car with an S/C? I am still a beginner to the car world unlike most of you but I recognize this as a historical time where a v6 has a supercharger making more horsepower than a v8 in addition to keeping its fuel economy. =) However, I am sure you will be happy with whatever you decide to go with.
