Ritchie,
Spray those hats with Hi-Temp black and grease the spline area. Then you'll be good to go!

Those are sweet, and will certainly give you some nice stopping power. I saw set of Brembo's for sale yesterday good price too. Problem is they are a week late as I just bought my new rotors and pads.

Main reason I got them was I always thought the v6 brakes were not that good.....I think the brembos should do a nice job plus I love the look!

I will be autocrossing this summer. I just like the look of the brembos. I really want to see the difference with my headers!

Since you will be autocrossing that set-up will certainly help. Do some further research and replace the brake fluid too. There are some good fluids out there made to help with the boiling point. The headers will make a nice addition. Do you have a tune lined up yet to turn off the O2 sensors in the rear so you down trip the cell? Have you thought about replacing your H pipe yet with a Magnaflow resonated X pipe. Many of us who have added headers went this route. To each their own if the rasp is to much to handle. Big difference is since you have the BBK these come with hi-flow cats and that will help too.

Not sure if it's all in my head or what but after replacing my brake fluid with motul RBF600 I felt a stiffer brake pedal and I also felt like the car slowed down better. I only needed about a liter and a half to flush out the reservoir, calipers, and clutch.

There is a new tune on the way for first of the year. You might want to hold out on getting the tune until it is released. Here is a link to the thread to follow. I have American Racing headers in the garage awaiting install. I am hoping the new tune will be better & am trying to wait to see. Congrats on the upgrades! Looking good.
