The dealer where i got my 1LT in VR back in July
has a couple '14s in RedHot. One parked up front near the
doors. So i parked mine close for a paint comparison.

Both look good to me. Is the red hot a bit lighter shade of red?

Seems to be yes.. atleast IMO.
wont say its like the old Apple Red
but it seems brighter than VR
guess my car could have been
alittle cleaner.

Red Hot is noticeably a brighter red. I'd say a hotter red. I guess that's where they got the name.

Victory Red almost looks maroon beside it.

Your car looks like Red Rock in that picture. I've seen Red Hot next to VR in person and red Hot definitely looks brighter.

I agree that my VR looks darker.

Need to park mine next to Red Rock now
and see how it looks

I remember when the 2009 Trailblazers
came out and they had changed
to Silver Ice and the Silverstone looked
darker tooo.

Yes, had a hot red driving behind me for awhile and my VR is darker
