Camaro Pricing (future)

I have posted earlier, and have been pretty much lurking and reading up as much as I can.

I will be Graduating college next May, and wanted to possibly reward myself, and by the looks of it I could have 5-10K for a down payment in January, the range depends on how much I wanna set back.

I was just wondering what a 2SS/RS blk/blk would be running, either a 2010 or 2011.....

Also how much did you guys put down?

Just looking for some input on the process of purchasing as well...

And I have already sent a few messages to CamaroScotty, and he seems to have quoted a fairly nice price.....

Check Truecar.com to see how much you should pay.

My 2011 1SS was 31,000. I put 7k down. Financed the rest through GMAC.

From what I understand, Bank of America or Chase can give you around 2-3% or so if you have EXCELLENT credit, but I don't.

I have a decent credit score, but it could be better, I was hoping to get a payment between 400-550 if possible, and I am definitely still shopping around.....

At 5%, a 60 month loan with 5k down comes out to almost $600 a month. With 10k down the payments are $500 a month. A increase or decrease of 1% will change the payment by $10.

At 5%, a 72 month loan with 5k down comes out to almost $500 a month. With 10k down the payments are $420 a month. A increase or decrease of 1% will change the payment by $12.

Yup, that's about as close as you're going to get, thankx Mr_Draco.

CamaroScotty is great and he will get you the best deal possible - as would a couple others on this site. Good Luck. Also make sure that you check your insurance rates of a V6, V8 in your state - they are all over the board as well. Monthly car payment, insurance and gas alone could run you $800-$100 a month..
