Good choice!

I just installed my MGW yesterday! The install was kind of a PITA, but worth it (took about 3 hours).
The shifts are much more precise, and the shorter throw is great!

You're going to love it...the difference is night/day. The only part of the install that I really struggled with was the bushing swap. Use dish soap and have fun!

I had mine installed at my local speed shop, was having other stuff done. OMG, makes the car so much better! Best mod so far, it feels great, works great, and is quiet.

Agreed, you'll love that shifter. It's not that hard of an install, my son and I did it in an hour. like kilo-9 said, the bushings was the hardest part of the install.

Congratulations on getting what I feel is one of the best shifters on the market. I love it. Keep in mind that at first, the shifter will feel stiff and notchy. At least mine did. After about 500 miles, the springs loosened up a bit and the shifter feels great.

Yeah im taking it to my local speed shop and having them install it..........I know how to drive not install

I have been though months of research and thinking on what kind of short throw shifter to get and MGW happened to be the best choice IMO, also what really made me want to purchase this shifter is and im kinda ashamed to admit it, is the looks i really like the black retro handle with the red SS on it. Of all the shifters out there if i based my decision on looks alone it would be the MGW. the MGW just happens to appear the best functioning as well. so i got my cake and can eat it too. I got form and function. soooo tuesday is a long way away and next saturday is even farther
