Gonna have to change my name to new-stang!

well i jumped the gun and traded in the rs for the new 2011 v6 mustang convertible!
Hope you guys will still let me come by at centropolis and say hi..lol

fully loaded 2011 v6 converetible
black with black cloth top
leather interior
exterior upgrade (grille, fog lights,h.i.d lights 18 inch wheels) and interior upgrade package....(sync,ambient lighting, upgraded panels, shaker 500 with 8 speakers, etc etc)
got a good deal at ford for the trade-in too..
they gave me 26,000.00$ for the car and with all the incentives going on im paying 35.00$ more every 2 weeks for the convertible...

I realy loved the new camaro but the 2nd gear shift bind and the new horsepower on the mustang v6 kinda had me leaning towards them.
see ya all at centropolis !!

When i get it (hopefully monday evening) il let you guys know my initial comparison after a few kms in it , if you are interested of course.

Congrats (do you guys in Canada make payments every two weeks or something? I noticed that you said 35 bucks every two weeks.. Most people would just have said 70 bucks more a month?

Just curious.

Yes just like our mortgages...weekly---- Bi-weekly----monthly----and another one that I forgot how its said but is where you pay for 13 months in 12 mths. The faster you pay it, the less interest you pay and it takes years off the payment.....

Congrats man! Just wondering what you mean about the horsepower though, the V6 Camaro still has more than the Stang. (even the 2010 Camaro, just 'unofficially')

Also throw up some pics as soon as you get em!

Yeah If you pay every 14 days (2 weeks)

You are making 26 Payments a year.

If you biweekly payment is based off a monthly amount, but you pay 26 payments instead of 24.. Then you make 2 more payments. Thus making an "extra" months payment each year (assuming the original terms were created around a monthly pay back plan, but then you opt for a biweekly automatic withdraw from your checking.

It's a good system.

I personally get paid biweekly (26 times a year), but for two months out of the year, I get 3 paychecks (instead of two)--- I don't budget for those checks, so I treat them like bonuses.. Only thing I need out of that check is living expenses, but I have no scheduled bills that come out of those two additional checks per year... It makes those two months extra fun

Sorry so far off topic, but the biweekly payment thing sparked my interest.

Congrats again to the OP
