I wish mine was my daily driver but with a 90 mile round trip commute i can't stand to imagine 30k miles on it in one year so i choose to drive the crappy truck into its grave rather than kill my camaro just to go to work.... I have 6400 miles in 6 months on the camaro. it is hard to not drive it and jump into my 99 dakota with no heat that rides like a lumber wagon

well mine will be a weekend car once i get it back. well not everyweekend. my reason is i put way to much time and money into the car to have some jackass mess it up.

went through hell already and do not want to again

only drive it when the weather is decent. I own a seasonal business so i'm always in trucks during the summer. Usually take it out on nice nights or to the soccer park with the kids (moms love the car), dads are usually jealous. Has 4300 miles after 2 summers and should be paid off this summer.

My SS is not a DD, only sunny clear days (No rain, snow, salt on road days). I have a company ride and a few other personal vehicles.

We do drive the LS daily and not worried about hurting it as it will never be worth much. That was the intent when we got it, just a daily driver.

SOPMOD...OUT!

When the weather is nice (end of March through first of November) the Camaro is 90% daily and weekend driver. I haven't started my Camaro since November 4th, but I'm itching to get it out of the barn again once this "White Devil" called snow quits falling and the weather gets warmer (1F this morning on my way to work).

I have one of the first 2010 in my town and and have had it since August of 09 and only have 645 miles on it. I only drive it on pretty days. I have a Chevy truck as my daily driver.

I hate to call mine a garage queen, but I only drive it weekends (it's always been garaged). My daily driver is a truck I work out of, i couldn't do that to my Camaro. Anyway, when I want to go somewhere nice I take the Camaro. I've had it 16 months and it's got about 8500 miles on it. I took it out this weekend and people still go nuts over it- not like when I got it, but still...

I feel sorry for those people that don't want the permagrin year round !
I don't use it in the snow but I do run her all year round. Nothing a good wash can't handle. Did the same for my 69 and she is still hard as rock all around ! This car is no marshmellow !

Mine was a DD for from april-october, 10k miles. Now it rests in the garage waiting for nice weather in the spring, while the cobalt takes the beating of illinois winter.

Uh lets see... I commute 120 miles per day in LA Traffic. My DD is a turbo diesel Beetle that gets 50 MPG. That savings in fuel PAYS for my Camaro driving on weekends. No decision there.

weekend/evening car for me. I drive a truck for work and put about 40,000 kms a year on that. Not to mention I would have a hard time being taken seriously on road construction jobs driving a 2010 SS. I got my car in june this past summer and I have just under 4,000 kms (2,500 miles) on her. I'm looking forward to many many years of enjoying my girl...

I'm semi retired and the couple part time jobs I do are not great places to take the camaro. I also have several other cars to drive. 10 months old today only 1400 miles. I drive it anytime the weather is good and I'm going somewhere I don't have to worry about something happening to it. Mostly a garage queen.

DD here to. I bought this car to drive the hell out of it. My work commute is only 5 miles return. I have the luxury of driving it all year round cause the we don't get much snow. Just rain, lots of rain. I feel for teh folks who have put their camaro away for the winter. I could not do that. I would have serious withdrawl issues and most likely lash out at some innocent co-worker lol.

Bought it as a summer time, nice day toy. 1 year = 4000 miles. I have other cars to commute in.

Mine's parked outside work right now. Why would I want to drive anything else on a
daily basis? That would require me not driving the Camaro.... duh.

I drive mine on nice days, usually on weekends. Would like to drive it more, but too many door dingers and ignorant dorks out there. I'd like to have a nice car when it's paid off. And, I just got rear ended in my daily driver last month so I was happy I wasn't driving the Camaro.

I feel the same way. I drive my car to work everyday (rain or shine). Why not? If my neighbor across the street can drive his $150K Porsche Turbo to work everyday, I think I can drive my $37K Camaro SS.
This car is way too much fun to not drive it everyday.

But if I lived up North (snow, ice, etc), I could definately see the reason for parking it. But living in the South, its Camaro fun everyday.
