warranty on noisy lifters with a tune?

For those forum members that have tunes, If we have the noisy lifters as been described numerous time here. Is our warranty any good to have them replaced with the improved version? Just a question, please don't start a bashing thread..

It's more of a revert to stock tune and pray they don't check for previous flashes.
I don't think they would check for previous tunes unless it was an engine/tranny
replacement .
To technically answer your question though ....your warranty is void
and if they find out your car will be stricken from the database as an
eligible vehicle.

I would wait too until this noisy lifter thing is more widely known and accepted by GM as a problem. That way it will be easier to fly under the radar with your tune, they might not even check for one.
