Try new pads. Maybe try Hawk Performance Ceramic pads instead of the stock OE pads. They make them for the V6 Camaro.

I took mine to the dealer for the second time for the same issue. Every time I applied the brakes lightly or at slow speed, they would squeak. When I let off the brake after being stopped at a red light they would do it as well. They replaced the pads at no charge. The service advisor said they are a redesigned pad. Not a peep out of them since then. Take it back and demand the new pads at no charge.

pads or rotors...shouldn't be hard for dealer to diagnose it if they truly spend the time to do it. They figure it is warranty work, not much profit, too much paperwork (yes they have to do paperwork for warranty claims to GM)...not willing to invest time to diagnose.

The "roller skates" are only for the Brembo brakes on the SS models.

Same problem on my 2011 SS with Brembos. Sounds like I'm strangling a pig. Squealing drives my nuts.
