I'm not sure of the difference between SAE & STD, but I know it's a Dynojet and my sheet says STD on it.

OK, being the trooper that I am I check the weather all the time. As of today, October 25th, rain is suppose to move in on Tuesday and move out by Wednesday morning and the drought continues on through next week. That being said, this Saturday will be mostly sunny with a high of 64 and low of 42.

Coming to Mike's, when you see the Bob Evans turn into that drive and follow it on back toward the Home Depot. You'll see Aldi Foods on your left, go through a 'S' curve and the business park will be to your right and turn right on Uptown Dr. Not sure if Mike wants the cars in front or behind the building but he's about half way down the row.

That's a good question whether to park in the front or the back? I assume the front since the back is pretty cramped and would not block the doorway where the dyno runs will be done. Going to sneak away on my lunch hour from work to come and say Hi to everyone. Old School save me a burger. lol!

Mike can probably say for sure but there are but so many businesses there along that strip. Unless he's talked to his neighbors I'm sure they don't want us taking up their (shared) customers parking and on the back there would be parking along the fence row which would keep us from having to drive around the building while on deck etc....... might be better on the northside of the building, parked on an angle, backed in facing the building. Just a thought. Your .02 cents Mike?

what.. missing out the opportunity to check out the new cool sideskirts, painted calipers and Pfadt trailing arms... I'm telling the Boss!

Hey Mike.. tell me more about your Catch Cans. Is the overall purpose of this is to extend the life of the motor? I'm all for that. I may have you hook me up with a black one on that day if possible.

I'm sorry. I was really looking forward to seeing you all. I couldn't care less about the dyno but I wanted to socialize.

So you got more stuff? My new cat back is getting delivered tomorrow!

Mike and I discussed this a while back, we will park in the front (south side of the building). Most of those businesses are closed on Saturday, so it won't be an issue.

I am bringing tunes and a corn hole board for entertainment.

Oh and I will save you a burger unless Hank eats them all.

Hey Guys,

Sorry to keep away for so long as it has been busy and I am in FL now tuning and be back Friday afternoon.

As OSC said, we can park out front to start and stage the cars to get ready to pull them around. It should go pretty smooth.

On the catch cans Hank, the LS engines since 1997 have had issues with allowing varying amounts of oil through the PCV system into the intake manifold which can over time lead to excessive carbon build up on the pistons and valves. This can lead to lowered performance. Hope that helps.

As far as SAE or STD, I guess you can say it is both. These are just different correction values that can be used. Most use SAE, but I use STD since my dyno is a little older and moved a few times. When I had compared it to a couple newer units back in FL, my STD numbers were very close to the others SAE numbers. Also, it is a Dynojet 248x.

See y'all in a few days.

Mike Norris

I've never had an STD in my life!

Looking forward to Saturday. I'm booking all my haircuts during the week so I can be there by O'Dark-thirty!
