blizzak DM-V1 truck tires on camaro?

Can i put blizzak DM-V1 truck tires 275/40/r20 on the rear of my camaro? Is there any reason not to?

Those are the only blizzaks that'll fit, they are cheaper also.

the front would have to be LM-60 245/45/R20?

Putting the Blizzak DM-V1 on the car is not a problem, but I would not recommend mixing them with the LM-60 with the DMV-1. Its kinda like mixing a Suv and a performance tire. Would lead to unpredictable handling. Have you consider a 17 or 18 inch winter package. Cost is a little more but much better winter performance and its easy to just switch them out yourself.

i have considered it but I already have a second set of 20in wheels, tpms, tires. The dealership had takeoffs from the 21in package at a great price. paid $860.00, basicly got the wheels and tpms for free.

Is there a DM-V1 that'll fit the front wheel also?

I actually carry a Pirelli Scorpion Ice & Snow tire that comes in your matching front and rear sizes. I would recommend you go with these. Similar in performance to the DV1. Its been a very popular tire for us.

The blizzak tires are cheaper over $200 less for a set if they fit. If I can put a different size on the front.

If not I'll put the pirellis on

Unfortunately there is not a good mix in the Blizzaks. I am all about saving you money if I had a cheaper option. I would recommend the Pirellis.

I have the exact same situation. Problem is nobody is raving about the Scorpions but they are about the Blizzaks. I'm assuming you can't put the 245/45's on the rears?

If you have OE wheels you can use the 245/45R20 front and rear. That would be the Blizzak LM 60.
