New headers, no cats.

This may be the wrong sections however.

I'm looking to put headers on my car in the winter, and run straight pipes back to my axle back exhaust, no cats.

Is that going to mess with the back pressure of the car and hurt it, and or its settings?

Not a problem if you use a kit that comes from the header to the mufflers. For example, I used the LG Performance header and pipes no cats, to the back, and used my stock mufflers, when driving it normally, you would barely notice the difference, however, when you punch it, the sound totally changes to a NASCAR car!!! It's great!!!. By the way, after setting it up, it gave me 28rwhp additionals.

Did not having those cats make it at all louder or give it a mis? I might go this way but I don't want it so loud that it is unpleasant. What headers did you get?

It's louder, but again, it's when you push it. I used the LG performance headers and exhaust. You can always make it lower on noise, if you use their racing cat replacement.

Ok so I just get my headers, then run straight pipes myself to my axle back?
