Anyones clutch get stuck w/o launch ctrl?

Hello all.

I made a post about this a couple days ago, just checked back today and it was deleted. Dont know if I violated a rule, or the thread started some sort of uprising while I wasn't looking. Anyway, I'll leave out the story this time, and just ask if it has happened to anyone.

Thanks

Typical problem associated with dirty brake clutch fluid. The MN6 uses the same reservoir for both brakes and clutch. Many of us have gone to seperate systems that allow for easy fast and inexpensive replacement of clutch fluid. I used a 20 Ml clutch reservoir from a Yamaha crotch rocket. Made a quick bracket and mounted off the shock tower. total cost was 30 bucks. But to fix your sticking clutch pedal...use a syringe to remove fluid from your reservoir. Add new fluid. pump the clutch like 30 times and repeat process until debris is removed. That should fix your issue. Good luck.

Black fluid is normal...omg they are nuts...
I change my clutch fluid every 4 or 5 runs. of course that is in my 20 ml seperate reservoir not the huge brake clutch shared reservoir. Still cant get over the black is normal quote...bahahahaah

question about the syringe, if you remove the brake fluid with this doesn't air get into the system? do you pump the clutch with the car on or off?
thanks

No it dos not let air in, you are removing only the fluid in the reservoir so no air gets in, Why you need to pump the clutch 30 times and repeat process, Is so some of the old fluid will come to the top and in the reservoir, So you can remove more debris, If you do that before and after track days your clutch will not get stuck.
