ARH 2" header,3" catback results

Got a set of American Racing 2" headers,no cats, and there 3" exhaust for our shop car.

Install was easy, took alittle patience to line up but the fit was perfect after.

Sound -kind of mellow with louder as the rpm goes up.Best of all -NO RESENANCE !! Nice low exhaust tone inside the car while cruising. Can easilly talk to the passengers without yelling.

Here are the dyno results. This is a L99 A6 car
Red- stock
Green -tuned with Airad only
Blue - above with ARH system/tuned

Total gained with mods -37hp/37tq

you tuned the car right?
I thought it says when they are tuned the get 50rwhp and around 32-35rwhp untuned.
Nice numbers dont get me wrong. Jus thought it would be more

On an LS3 car that would be correct. Not on the L99. The Cam is too small, the engine moves less air do to this, and with it being smaller the stock exhaust is not as restrictive for it as the larger cammed LS3 which moves more air in a nutshell. I got 36rwhp on my L99 w/ 1 7/8 headers, ADM CAI and a tune. So right in line.

They also say a tornado gives 30hp and 4mpg.

Also keep in mind this is a mustang dyno.It would easilly put out 10hp more on my old Dynojet.

Either way, next step -Cam,DOD/AFM delete. Looking for 400/400 then it's boost time.
