My new Jannetty Racing 415 RWHP Street Package - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Last week I installed the Jannetty Racing 415 RWHP street package.

This package includes

1 set of Dynatech SuperMaXX Long tube headers
1 set of Dynatech High flow cats
1 SCT X3 Tuner (Blank)
1 Cold Air intake system, Your choice, but cost is a factor.
1 Custom Tune for your car's set up by Ted Jannetty Racing Enterprises, Inc

It took me a little bit longer than expected to install this, just for the fact that this was the first time I had done any type of header install. I did have a lift to use as I was on Ft. Huachuca and had access to the hobby shop here.

After the install I didn't have the tune ready to put in, so I drove my car home with a lot of care to not trip one of the O2 sensors. Just as I was pulling up to my street I hear from my phone "DROID" (meaning email or text) Just so happened it was Ted and his tune!!!

Let me tell you guys, there is a huge difference in our cars with this set up and a tune....

So the next day after the car cooled down, I re adjusted the bolts all around and went for a ride to shoot a video.

Sounds great!!! Got to love the header/Borla S-Type combo. It gives a great muscle car sound.

I agree, I was shocked at how the exhaust tone changed with the new headers. I knew it would change some, but this was a huge change.

I should be hitting the track this weekend, I'm hoping to see some improvements on my track times.

A friend of mine just put the Borla S type on his 2010 SS and loves it, I thought it sounded really good. His next add is headers and a tune. Yours sounds great!!! After watching your video I know he will be really happy when he adds the headers.

PS: Benny Hill Music is a nice add... Love it.

lol awsome vid. This is the exact package I'm going with except the borla cb. I'm thinking of going muffler delete and headers. with the tune and everything installed does it feel like 415 rwhp? Also, what octane did your tuning come with? Sounds great!

My tune is set up for 91 octane. Ted can setup a tune for any of your needs. I suggest you contact him to see what he can do for you. And yes I can feel a big differences in my car now.

It's an old road on the post I work at. It is lightly used,but I wouldn't want to do a burn out on it. The road was paved about 40 years ago and it is very course.

Man you are lucky that you live much closer to him than I. This install wasn't to bad, just took time. I would have rather of had Ted and his guys do the install vs me.

Maybe if I win that supercharger I'll buck up the dollars and just send my car to him.

Now tell me if I'm going crazy, people that have this set up. Have you noticed that your car starts to improve in performance the longer you have the chance to drive it? It just seems that now that things are broken in a little my car feels like it's pulling harder and accelerating much faster.

Either I'm going nuts, or this is really happening.
