Talking Anyone Running This Setup?

Hey everyone im new to the site, so let me start by saying hi! So my exhaust setup im leaning towards is DT shorties, Solo high flow cats, and Corsa catback. I was wondering if anyone was running this exact setup or something close? Let me know if you are and what you think of yours and Thanks.

Welcome to the forums! All your choices are sound but dont waste the money on shorties. Search the forums here and you will see they are no better then stock manifold and sometimes even losing HP.

Good Luck!

Magnaflow 3" (#16483) or maybe Corsa. However, without headers or high flow cats it's going to be a little more on the quiet side than other cat-back systems. Put on headers and it's all good.

Mike you mentioned you had an issue with your gears/rear end (i think), did the dealer hassle you about your tune? or was that before you got it tuned?

I have DT shorties, Solo high flow cats, and Solo Mach-X catback and I love the setup. However, unless you like the looks of the shorties, don't waste your money. Just do the High flow cats and leave the stock manifold in. All the power and sound gains are in the cats, that's where the stock restriction is! Just change the cats and you'll have good performance increase and great sound. A high flow cat back, such as Solo or Corsa will not drone but combined with high flow cats you may get a little when going uphill in 4th, 5th, or 6th gear at around 1800 rpm, and the overall sound of the exhaust will be loud! I get a lot of decel popping now but I think it's cool, just gotta manage it around the neighborhood. I ended up installing resonators at the back end to tame it down a bit!

they did hassle me about doing to many burnouts, but all i had at the time was exhaust CAI... so idk what will happen with the tune... i am sure if i blew my engine i could put back on all stock parts, and retune back to stock.. will cost money to do this...
they saved my stock tune... but allot of people are scared about the tuning part.. idk theres always a risk involved
