Curious, why don't you need it now? I'm having my Whipple installed in 10 days and I've had some tell me I should get the boost a pump and others that said no. Is it only needed after a certain # like 600rwhp or above?

Thanks,

Nick

The general consensus is that start to run out of fuel pressure at around 500 rwhp in an auto and 550 rwhp in the m6. Without a bap or meth going much above these numbers you start to take a chance. He has the meth but for a few bucks more. I have meth issues in the past so you can never be to careful. I think he should keep it too. For what he's gonna get for it the peace of mind and insurance is much more.

I seem to be close to the line that most guys run into issues. My tuner told me I didnt need it, he checked the pressure, injector duty, and has spent a good bit of time on my car. If he told me to use it, then I would of put it on for sure. He said everything still looked normal, and I have plenty of fuel still to work with. Not sure why mines different then alot, but we was making pulls before the meth was even setup and the engine was pulling fine.
