I know that the center console and armrest cover they ruined is on gm backorder. At least thats what I was told, as for the module i have no idea.

I took my car in for the MPIM problems. The tech tells me that I don't have hardware version Cx, and that I wasn't eligible for the upgrade! After about a 5 minute argument that the (x) was a variable, and not an actual version he finally agreed to order the part. Where do they find these idiots? That was 2 weeks ago and still no part.

Don't have this particular issue... but wanted to offer kudos to jeff... a CS rep who gets the big picture, and I'm noticing a pattern of over-the-top help in my short time on these forums. Even though i haven't needed your help yet - thanks man.. that's the sort of thing that keeps people as repeat customers. (something to be learned by honda - and why they *don't* have me as a customer anymore)

Well, got my car back on Friday with the new PDIM 22797218, SW=DB/HW=DD, and now it will play my iphone music and is indexing correctly, but on my usb flash stick it would not play songs formated mpeg-4 for some reason, so I just converted them back to a mp3 and is now showing up in the index and playing correctly

OK Guys.There are a few part #'s out there...which one is the latest one..ARE THESE #'S RIGHT.....

20927509 which gives DA/DX
20985421 which gives DB/DB
22797218 which gives DB/DD Should be the newest one out there...

That part number is not authorized for a 2010 Camaro, according to my dealership. To which I reply with a big old bs.

So what's the right part number for the 2010? and can someone show me how to see/check which version I have. I tried telling the advisor at the dealer and they have no clue what i was talking about, so is there something I can print to take to the dealer where it shows what the issue is and the fix for this problem will be? I'm going to the dealer AGAIN to try to get this upgrade and I would like to take something visual for them. Please help!!!

My dealer put in Part Number 22797218 in my 2010 under warranty without issue. They came up with that part number without me even mentioning it.
