D.O.D. lifter lift

what is the max lift a d.o.d. lifter can handle?

I think its somewhere between .500 and .525. I would not trust them for anything other than stock and even then they are failing.

dont trust them for stock because mine failed!

See what I mean. This is one of those bad ideas that GM thought looked good on paper but in reality it should have never been installed on the car. I cant waint to do a head and cam package and get rid of AFM(DOD) alltogether. I am sure it works fairly well for SUV's or trucks that never see above 5K RPM but it has no place on high performance cars.

I am pretty sure I read .500 max. Failures where guaranteed at .525 or more.

I had a stock one fail on me two weeks ago. Granted I was running a blower but it made it 10K before it said gd bye.
