I got the dual adhesive tubes. Anyone know what kind of gun? Closest I can find is a Lord Fusor 301, says it works with 225 ml, these tubes are 215.

Fusor 301 will work... if you don't get the gun, let us know. Our new adhesive is a single stage urethane adhesive.

Okay, I see some on amazon. Most are listed as auto glass adhesives:
3M 08609 Window-Weld Super Fast Urethane Black Cartridge - 10.5 fl oz. - medium viscosity, Is that it?

Finally got my ZL1 grill painted and installed it along with Trackspecmotorsports' supplied T3 ports. They were one of only two vendors I could find who had a set that were CF hydro-dipped. The other vendor charged $30 shipping so Trackspec it was!

Really pleased how they turned out. Didn't use the 2-stage adhesive supplied though, the special gun was $66 from amazon. Talked with ACS and they said any urethane glue should do so I used the 3M 8609 window-weld glue as it was readily available and worked with a standard caulking gun.

I also did not want to pay $100 for ACS' mesh. I had a roll of diamond mesh I got at a arts/crafts store, plastidipped it black and glued it to the backside of the ports.

After I took the last picture I saw that the LEDs were coming loose, that sucks but easy fix. Thanks to John at Track Spec Motorsports for letting go of their last set carbon fiber ports. He mentioned they might make more if the demand was there.

check out the last 2 links on the first post, the port goes in from the front and then the sleeve or flange goes in over the port from the inside of the bumper, its sealed in.

That's good to know, why don't they fit? Are the V6 and V8 fascias different down at the bottom or something?

The v6 is rounded at the bottom. The v8 has a lip
