Newbie who is lost

Hello there fellow nut cases. I still dont know what to do. Should i preorder or wait for it and buy it off the lot. I've read around here that people might wait till july if they dont pre-order and i certainly want it sooner.

Also if i pre-order? will i have to buy the car?

Pre-order....you may not get a Camaro until next Fall if you wait. You don't have to buy the car. You can wait until the day it shows up at the dealership to change your mind. Just don't sign a sales contract.

Place a "refundable" deposit with a dealer who will allow it. No, you do not have to accept the car, at most dealerships. But if you think there may be a reason NOT to take the car......don't order one.

like others have said, if you ain't absolutely sure, buy one off the lot. however, if you are positive you're getting one, you'd be happier ordering. not only do you get yours sooner, but you get the exact car you want instead of settling for what's available in stock.

Well im 95% sure that i want the car and will buy it. But since im not from the country i dont have a credit history which means that they cant finance me the car. Right?

Also im in Dubai right now (my hometown) and went to an auto show here showing the camaro and a a guy from GM said that the car will be at the dealerships in may.

Thanks for replys

The only problem I see with waiting for lot cars, is that you won't see a wide variaty of models. I would suspect you may only see a lot of base models. No spoiler, ugly 18" wheels, no stripes. It's up to you on what you want, but if your looking for something a little more special, preorder now.
