Here's the GM Techlink article on it: The retrofit kit has only recently become available for dealer installations on CTS-Vs built for the N.A. market, even though the article suggests it was an available option when the car was introduced in the fall of '08.

All i can say is that Camaro Engineers should be ashamed of themselves for coming up with these new design. Makes me sick to my stomach

If those mirrors and tail lights are a GM trial balloon, then that balloon is made out of lead.

Absolutely hideous all the way around. I hope someone from Chevy is reading this string and stops that design from ever seeing the light of day.

I really hope other GM people in charge of design or marketing look at these threads.

We all know that the cars need to be changed up a little here and there per production years, but dang I don't think they had anyone helping them on some of the changes we see in those photos.

They could have come up with something much better than that for changes to the car, and still maintain a sexy looking vehicle.

When I read tail light changes I thought to myself -

"Thank God!! They finally are gonna get with the program and colormatch those ugly ass chrome bezels"

Then I scrolled down, began to violently projectile vomit, and had to (thru the heaving) search 2 girls 1 cup to get something less disturbing in front of me to stop the puking.

GM... srsly... what the hell are you thinking with this stuff? You make it really hard to stay loyal with such bad decision making.

Will it really matter?
People always see what they want (and loose their minds).
