What do you think of these? 3"X4" 6 per page. Colors, fonts and pictures can be changed.

That works and would be easy to print out... Just putting a "real name" on them like last year didn't quite cut it.

Would also be nice to add a small sticker to the windshield as people drive in. Day 2 everyone seems to lose thier name badges and the sticker would at least stay on...

I had mention on another thread about name tags, but I got no response, here was my example of a name tag with strong magnet. For less than $10.00 you can get nice one made. What do you think ?.

What is that going on?

There's no way I'm attaching anything magnetic to my vehicle's exterior...

The first attachement is the for name tags.

The second attachment I posted would be for the cars.

Does anyone know how many cars are registered for the event?

Keep in mind that list was made for the driving events, not drivers attending.

Some on here are very easy to spot.

I can't believe how many times I've heard, "Hey, you're Bonnies husband"

When I see Bonnie, I'll be sure to say, "Hey, you're Randy's wife!"

Well, we'll go ahead and order another large batch of lanyards to bring with us to the fest. I think we'll order a larger batch than last time and see if we can get cut a break.

In all honesty, I think it would be easiest of we had all the cards (to be filled out by the member) and lanyards at the host hotel and track so they could be picked up and filled out then. It would be nice if it were double sided as the lanyards do swing around. But, if not, it shouldn't be a deal breaker. When you are talking about buying 500 name cards, the price begins to get up there.

But, as I said, we'll have the lanyards. If you guys want to try to figure something out on the cards, by all means, please help!

I am looking into the cost of the cards. It was suggested that some vendor might want to sponsor or partially sponsor the cards if their logo appears on them. I approached my Mobil rep today. Any other suggestions on whom to approach?

I've been waiting on the reveal and came up with this.

It's 4"x6" and can be printed on 16pt with a high gloss UV coating

^^^^^^^^^^ THAT ^^^^^^^^^^ is sweet!

Now...how many of those would we need and what would the cost be.

Those would be our next questions...
