How to reset the window indexing

Hi, I would like to know how to reset the Window indexing after disconnecting the battery of the car. It's giving me a message in the panel, I follow it and it stills says the message, and the window is not doing the small movement for backpreassure when closing the door.

Its a series of things... hold up for so long... hold down for so long... I am sure no one has it memorized. In this case... the book is your best friend!
