No!! The reason no t-tops were offered is it looks horrible!! The roofline is just waaay to long to look right...

I will hold comment till I actually see it in person. It might be like the car itself, pictures don't do it justice. It was when you saw the car in person that it really impressed you.

Would I pay to have it done after the fact, probably not.
Would I pay for it if it came from the factory, maybe, again would have to see it in person.

Its not the execution that killed it, its the wing glass behind the driver/passenger windows that kills it. It just does not carry the lines very well at all with the t-top's.

Never really a fan of T-Tops. These look pretty good though. Won't work on mine, I have a sunroof.

Yup seen it in person on this car >> http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=198052
Towards the bottom of the first page is where the conversion was done.
It looks good, but I don't think they are doing this anymore.

Sick! looks weird from the side though just because the side window. Only if they could make that window go down like the old convertibles.

I thought there were stiffening elements where the cutouts are

Yeah they cut out the braces. They add stuff underneath to stiffen it back up, I think this is good for show car only. Maybe that's why they don't do it anymore.
I saw an episode of west coast customs where they did this and cut through the braces.
Funny thing is this car had a sunroof before the T-top. I don't know what they did for reinforcing after taking that out

I like it, but I can think of plenty other things I would do first with that amount of money.

I thought by now someone would have cut out the ugly B pillar, and made a true
hardtop out of the Camaro coupe. Use the convertible 1/4 glass, trim, W/strips etc
and convert a 5th gen coupe into the true hardtop it should be.
Also, I bet it would cost a lot less than this T-top conversion.
