My New Victory Red Interior!

Hello everyone today I finally got to install my Victory Red interior. Now of course chevy does not make this, so what I did was take out mine (which had cloth on them) and have them painted. I got them back yesterday (pictures included) and installed them today. I think it looks sweet partly because I've been driving around with no panels in but mostly because they are freaking sweet!

Loogs great! I recently got a set in IBM from dsvcustoms and think it is a great change to the car. I never understood why GM only made these available in five colors.

Sweet, still don't understand why GM wouldn't do the VR panels as a addon ? You think they would want to get as much $ for a car as possible.

That looks great. Ties in with the outside, and contrasts beautifully with the dark grey interior. Did you manage to take the panels off without damaging the retaining clips?

You need to put some EL wire behind it now. So you can be the only one with Red ABL. That would look trick.

taking the parts off were really pretty easy. The front just pop off but the doors you have to cut the plastic rivets off with side snips.

Im looking to paint my interior. I have a black LS but want to pant the panels orange. Question is, if you cut off the rivets than howd you get the panels back on? Are they held on with screws as well I guess? How did you get the door panels off? Think you could do a short write up?

Bigwayne..I also have an LS and will paint them. I intend to mask carefully and then paint when on the door. I know the texture will show, but carefull sanding with a mouse sander should get rid of the texture.

Wow, that looks sic. I have a CGM and am accenting in red (extra "SS" badges on the fenders, Red Bow Ties, Victory Red Calipers).

You need to add a DIY on making this happen. Excellent job!!
