There is no switch, the pressure of the exhaust opens the valve when you are on it and when your just cruising it stays closed. I had a chance to play with these at a show a month or so ago. The spring has light - mild tension so it doesn't take much pressure to open it. There is some sort of steel wool material mating the valve to the inside of the pipe in the muffler that allows the exhaust to pass even when completely closed.

It is fiberglass according to the picture. I've never heard of steel wool (or anything other than fiberglass) being used in a muffler.

Sorry maybe I described it incorrectly. the steel wool material I'm talking about is kind of a wrap around the edge of the valve where it seats against the inside of the pipe. You are correct, there is some sort of fiberglass wadding inside the chamber itself.

Thanks bud...wheels are the Extravagant 2.0

Wheels were made for the Rev Camaro in 21" steps lips with hidden hardware. Wheels are available in reverse sizes 18" - 24" and in step lips 19" - 22" more details and pictures to follow

A better question would be - who can calibrate them? If calibration work is figured out - htere is a market. Even GM says it can't e done right - They still aren't happy with the Leno TT car
