Cool *Official* Inland Empire Camaro Club Thread...

alright guys/gals...here's our thread!

Figured it would be good to have a spot to post up all our "club" events, meets, cruises, etc...

And this way it gives others a central spot to find out whats going on in the good ol' I.E.! in case they want to come out and join us!

As SilverFoxx recommended, I'll be creating an account to host all of our pics that we take from our events...(picasa, photobucket, etc) I'll keep you all posted and send you the info once its done.

As PhillyBoy said, our next meet will be the first saturday of December (12.4.10)...and will continue to be the first saturday of the month thereafter. He's looking into a spot he knows and will post up the info as well as sticker and shirt info. (hopefully we can get these printed up and passed out at our next meet)

Of course we will be doing a "semi-monthly" meetup when Leo gets his new car...keep us posted Leo!!!!!! LoL

Thanks again everyone for making this into something...and to those of you who couldnt make it, hopefully you'll be at the next event!!!

Oh, and anyone interested in being a part of this fine club, just email or PM me your cell number, name, and email so I can add you to the IECC Distribution List to keep you informed of all events

Here's my email: darensdorff@gmail.com

So I received this PM (see below) from Mike of CCSD (Camaro Club of San Diego). He's looking to get a meet and greet event going and I think its a great idea!

Chime in with your thoughts/ideas and lets see when we can get this planned!!!!

IECC & CCSD Future Meet & Greet
Greetings from the Camaro Club of San Diego (CCSD)! Our club has been around since ~1992, so there are obviously 1st - 5th Gens in our fold. I am trying to get more San Diego 5th Gens to join our Club, and it is fun events that make it easier to get new members (as I know you know).

Maybe we can do a combined event (cruise and meet) somewhere ~1/2 between Ontario and San Diego one of these months...how does a Temecula event grab you? Perhaps a Saturday or Sunday "winery invasion" (tour), though everyone would have to be paired up with a designated driver! Or, we could just meet near the south side, do a couple of laps thru Old Temecula and find a place to grab a bite while admiring everyone's ride?

Regards,
Mike Sessions

I personally like the cruise through temecula idea and a bite to eat after! Maybe we can plan this sometime in January (mid)...I wanna make sure we all have our shirts and stickers before we go to this event.

Looking forward to getting this planned out with all of you from IECC...

This place is nice for our next meet. I talk to the bar maid and she said it would be OK. Tell me what you think.

How 'about you pick the place(s) we meet before and after a cruise thru Old Temecula? I have noticed a lot of changes there since I lived off Nicholas Road...so I would not want to rely on my memory...

Plenty of time to prepare...

Like you said, plenty of time. Depends on how many, etc. as to where we would go to eat, etc. Maybe meet up off of 79 South, rumble through Old Town, head up to Rosa's Cantina, or somewhere like that that can handle our crowd?

Stickers and Tee Shirts

Stickers, we have choices. Do you want 1 or 2. What color do you want. How many are getting stickers. I can order them and pick them up the same day. the more I order the cheaper it is. Right now I'm guessing about $10.00-$12.00 a pair. I also can make up So Cal C5 Family stickers.

Tee Shirts, We have choices of what color shirt and what color vinyl lettering, and what size. The more I buy the better the rate. For custom shirts I'm guessing $20.00 to $25.00 each. If you buy 5 or more I'm guessing $10.00 to $15.00 per shirt. Sizes - S / M / L / XL / 2X / 3X / and I think I can get 4X. Also I think I can get Kids S / M / L

PM me or E-Mail me at Phillyboy2635@hotmail.com Let me know how many you want/ what size/ what color shirt/ what color vinyl lettering.

For the stickers let me know what color / and also if you want the So Cal C5 Family stickers.

Hey Phillyboy,

First off, thanks for the work on this. Really appreciate it.

Just had a couple of questions. If we order 5 or more t-shirts, do they all have to be the same color, size etc.? Also wondering what size the logos on the shirts and stickers are. Shirts: Will it have a small chest logo and then a bigger logo on the back? or just a big logo on the front? Will the logo be one color or can it be 2? Stickers: I kinda like the size that fit on the small rear passenger sides. Like the ones Leonardo had on his black camaro.

Anyway. I am pretty sure I am down for some t-shirts, just not sure how many yet. Depends on your answers. I also really like the option for kids sizes. My kids have to the Camaro.

Thanks a lot man.

Hey Guys (and gals),

I just wanted to show ya that we've "got you down" in our Club Events Calendar for a "Meet and Greet" in Temecula sometime in mid-January! Click on the link below, then scroll to January 2011...I was thinking we should see if Saturday or Sunday, January 22nd or 23rd works (trying to avoid the 3-day weekend of the 15th - 17th when some may have other plans)...

Camaro Club of San Diego Events Calendar

Your Club should set up a similar Calendar (if you haven't already)...I know Camaro5.com has a Calendar feature, but if you like Google's better (mapping ability and all), I can let you know how (easy it is) to set one up...it's FREE!
