Probably be just fine. Been a while since I've been over that way to remember what parking is like. I'll check it out this weekend and make sure.

So we got our next meet on the 4th of December, and the Big Irvine Event is the following day...

Anyone gonna make it out to the event? Should we just make the meetup AT the event?? (Just a thought) We can meet up in the I.E. and all cruise down to the Spectrum together?

What you say IECC Family...???

Rosa's Cantina is the bomb. Another place could be Texas Lil's(Texas Lousey's) where the servers wear Chaps.

I haven't heard of any time changes...so I'll be there at 11am!

I know SRT10kllr said something about the races at the speedway, but I wont be able to make that and the meet.

Hoping for a good turnout...maybe even better than last months!

Our second meet was great, got a lot of things ironed out with the stickers and t-shirts (thanks Phillyboy & everyone else for their input!!)

We setup a meet for next month, but since the first saturday of January is New Years Day, we bumped it up to the following saturday (the 8th). We're hoping to have some stickers by then and some shirt samples. Phillyboy will keep us posted on these...

I would really like for as many of us to make it on the 8th...but more on the Meet & Greet with CCSD on the 22nd (of January)!!

Here is a list of the IECC members:

Mad1111
PhillyBoy
SilverFoxx
RasputinKiller
EdLocs
SirMike
D69Chris
Leonardo
SilverIceSS
Comm17
DarthNacho08
Demon Hunter
Despair
DrVonkle
Speedbrds

Plus a few that I've met:
Joseph
Marianna
Ren

So we have a pretty good size...

I will be sending out this contact list with phone numbers to all of you by the end of this week. However, if you dont want your number distributed please let me know.

I think we all agreed that Phillyboys spot (the Pool Club) was a fitting place for IECC...and that all meets going forward will be at this location! They offer free pool on the weekends, its a nice open floor as well as a second floor up top that I'm hoping we can get next month! I feel that it will keep us all a little closer to the group then being spread out like we were last week. They have beer, food, music, etc...and to top if off they have 3 screen projectors and one of them was showing 2 Guys Garage on Speed channel and they were working on a 2010 Camaro!!!!!! How fitting was that??!!

Hope to see the majority of the list at the next meet!!!

Had a great time Saturday at our 2nd meet. Here are some pics. The Pool Club turned out to be real good. If we keep our meets early we can have the place all most to our self. The FREE pool was an extra bonus . As per the stickers I have 12 large made up. I will order more as needed. See you all soon.

great pics PhillyBoy!!!

Can't wait to get my sticker and put it on!!!!!!!

Update on the shirts:

I actually found a pretty good place online that we can get shirts made up how we want, and the more we buy the less they come out to be!

I'm working on putting the design together in their online editor, once I get that finished I'll see if I can add it on here so you all can see. I'm thinking of just doing a basic print...Large IECC Logo on back and small one up front (left chest). I'll see how much extra it is to add the SoCal Camaro5 Family sticker to it as well!

Till next time!!!

-mad

hey everyone, if you guys wanna check out my new whip ( Awesomo ) ill be at this meet tomorrow, here is the info:

The meet point will be at a Kohl's in Upland with a very large parking lot. The address for Kohl's is:

1923 N Campus Ave
Upland, CA 91784

This puts us only about 5 miles or so from the beginning of the run. The total distance for the entire cruise is 43.3 miles. It should last about an hour and a half total. Once we finish the run the meeting point will be at a restaurant called La Tolteca (EXCELLENT Mexican food with a large parking lot and plenty of room for all of us inside). The restaurant is less than 5 miles from the end of the run, so again it should be a lot easier to keep together. The address for La Tolteca is:

429 N Azusa Ave
Azusa, CA 91702

I am going to shoot for a meet time at the Kohl's in Upland at 2:45p.m. We will leave the lot at 3:30p.m. With any luck, we should arrive for dinner between 5 and 5:30p.m.

Hello all IECC'ers!

After speaking with Mad, I was going to post a new Thread today for our "Meet & Greet" up in Old Temecula this coming January. We had been looking at meeting there Saturday, January 22nd, at 11 am. One small issue...

I found out that my grandson is being Baptized that day at 11:30 am in Torrance. How many of you can make the "Meet & Greet" in Old Temecula if we push it to Sunday, January 23rd, at 11 am? Please post your replies so I can get a separate Thread started with the firm date...thanks in advance!

I would love to go but it all depends on the NFL playoff picture. If my team is in I will be watching them. Just have to see how it works out.

Armando, understood, but HOW much $s could you get for your Season tixs if the Chargers DO make it into the Playoffs...just think, you could "buy a round of beverages" for all of your old and new Camaro buddies (some of which are probably Raiders fans...you could single-handidly end a century of "rivalry")...

As far as I know Sunday should work fine for me also. In scouting things out a bit for the meet I came up with the following:

There is a big parking lot on the south side of Pechanga Casino that rarely, if ever, fills up, especially on a Sunday morning at 11AM. My thought was this would be a great place to start out, with plenty of room for as many cars as may show up. Also plenty of room if we want to arrange cars and take pics and all that good stuff.
From there we can caravan out Pala Rd to Pechanga Parkway then through Old Town Temecula for a quickie cruise. There is a nice stretch along Front St just before entering Old Town that should allow us to form up so we have a nice parade line going through town. From there I was thinking Rosa's Cantina for chow. It is on Front St, just north of Rancho California Rd as we leave Old Town. Anyway, that's my thoughts for now.
