Leather seat cover groupbuy

Hi Just wondering if anyone in the near future would be interested in a group buy for leather seat covers from leatherseats.com They are replacement covers not covers. They are easy to install and every seat is basically install the same way. I did my mazda in red leather. It looks factory. I still get comments on whether it is or not. The only problem is they need a car to get the patterns off of the seats. I bought mine off a group buy for 700 Can dollars. Pretty good deal. They have alot of different colors and they also have suede and other exotic leathers as well as different two tone styling. Check their website out. Also check out mazda6club.com. Theres a thread in there with other peoples installed seat covers. They are just as good as katskinz. Just getting a feel of how many are interested so I can email him and let him know. The more the people the cheaper it is for us. Im hoping to get red with my CGM.

Hit up TXTurbo if you want a great deal on a leather interior. AND his is covered under your GM warranty too.

No ones interested? How would TXTturbos covers be covered under GM warranty? Leathersseats.com covers are actually really well made. Ive had mine for two years and have no wrinkle wear marks at all. Although I do clean it every week. But considering I have seen alot of cars that come with leather(that dont last longer than a year or two without having wrinkle wear) I would say these are the best seats I have had. Plus no one has the color of red that I have. I really want either red, white, or burnt orange with my CGM car. Most likely red though.

Mine are licensed by GM and have the same warranty as the factory leather.

Can you do black with Rally Green or some medium green inserts? I would be very excited to consider custom leather like this.

Hey looks good! Do you have a website? I definitely am going to do this when I get my car. Do you make the armrest and door armrest? Might as well have it all one color. Would look kinda strange with the seats one color and the center, door armrests a different one. Dont you need the car for the seats to get the pattern? Group buy anyone?

I personally don't have a website for this, but the manufacturer does. There is also an interactive seat builder so you can see what the different options will look like.

Its an interior kit that includes front and rear seats and if the stock interior has leather on the door panels it would include that also. But you can also order extra leather to cover armrests and such if you want. These aren't "leather appointed" either, they are full leather.

The manufacturer is waiting to get a car from a local dealer so they can make the patterns. So I'm guessing that will happen in April or May when the dealer gets thier V6 car. If I recieve my car before they do I'll drive it to California and let them make the patterns from mine because I'm ordering black with yellow inserts.

I normally sell these kits for around $1000, but if a group of at least 10 people can get together and order at the same time I could sell them for around $850 each.Thats assuming my cost for the kits for the Camaro are the same price as the current model cars.

At only 850, I might totally jump on this as soon as I get the car, instead of waiting till a few years after.

P.S. - oh my god... I just visited their website and I so want a dark graphite seat, with pearl faces and red stitching...

Yeah...they make some nice stuff. You can also get custom logo stitching on the headrests in any color and for an additional charge we could create our own special edition package with emblems for the outside of the car.

Do they offer stitching other than the Katzkins logo? When I checked their site it seemed to imply that there was no other embroidery available.

They have a lot of custom logos to choose from or you can create your own. You can also use SS or Camaro but those would require an additional royalty fee. I think its 10-15%. Here are some of them.

How much does it cost for the custom logos, assuming its NOT a royalty related item?

I was thinking something like the uppercase form of the greek letter Xi.

So how do these katskinz work? Do you remove what's currently on the seats and put these on or do these go over what's already on the seats? I have a 2001 Accord with aging leather and this may be a way to freshen that up as well as the Camaro when it arrives.

Yes....you remove the cover thats on there and replace it with these. Katzkin is also licensed by Honda. In fact, I believe they make the OEM leather for Honda. I have a separate brochure just for Honda and Toyota.
