I read that the Challenger SE will get the 4.0 DI Phoenix engine with MDS pushing north of 320 HP in 2010/2011

enjoy while you can

I was laughing because in the IDL they made it a critical point that the LS3 has 1 more HP than the Challenger.

Well you see, what happened to the rating of 422 is that it was increased by 4. So when we add 422 and 4, it equals 426. Which is what the LS3 is rated at for the Camaro application.

Hope I cleared it up

I don't think he's being confrontational, he's just a Dodge guy. Heck I hope there's a 6.4 Challenger too, all the more reason for the General to make a higher performance model

Very nice! This is just an embarrassment to the V6 Mustang and Challengers.

When might we know the EPA #'s?

Very precise guess. I think it might be roughly 264.3 and 243.1

Yeah, but why is the auto at 27mpg and the manual at 25mpg? They don't magically enable AFM with the 3.6L engine when you buy the automatic do they?

The manual has pretty aggressive gearing. The gearing in the V6 auto is nearly the same as in the SS auto except for final drive ratio. I think.
