High Flow Cats

Who makes the best high flow cats? I have the borla Attak cat back system, and would like to use borla shorty headers.

Here is one of SOLO's threads, not for the highflow cats but you can find the contact info. http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=54927

Give Steve a call and tell him what you are wanting to do. Although I no longer have their hiflow catted mid pipes, they were awesome. Sure wished I had never let them go. They are on my short list of things I will eventually buy (again).

Thanks for the info, I'm also considering Maganaflow. Any thoughts on this brand?

this is that one i would avoid
http://www.magnaflow.com/02product/s...one=all&id=125

heres the one i would get
http://www.magnaflow.com/02product/s...one=all&id=127

idk how loud you want it, but with high flow cats and the comp cat back its going to be pretty loud, you should also look into some borla cat backs

I already have the catback system it's the borla Atak. I just need the Maganaflow hi-flow catalytic converters themselves.

ooooo i believe your a little confused my friend, no fear i will help.. the solo cats are high flow catalytic converters, i don't think magnaflow makes cats, that why when you said maganflow i thought you were talking about a exhaust

ok heres what i would do if i was you . get solo high flow cats, and doug thorley shory headers

doug thorley is the best shorty headers

I've heard too much success, no CEL reports with solo high flow cats, which is important to me. i don't want to tune my car and lose warranty. would rather not gamble

I put the Solo hi-flow cats on a couple of weeks ago. Fit was excellent, no cel's and noticeable gains in sound and performance. One note if you downshift somewhat agressively the exhaust note is kind of odd.

I've had Solo HF Cats on my car for 800 miles and no CEL's or any other problems. The sound and performance gains are awesome. I would highly recommend Solo to you or anyone.
